В статье обсуждаются имена классов иранского общества, которые засвидетельствованы в “Шахнаме”. Названия четырех классов общества в поэме: Ātōrniyān/āturōniyān жрецы, Tīštāryān воины, Pasūyī/pasūhī животноводы, Uhtūxošī ремесленники. The paper is concerned with the study of the namings of the class system of the Iranian society as recorded in the epic poem ‘Shahname’. According to this source the Iranian society has been divided into four strata: Ātōrniyān/āturōniyān priests, Tīštāryān warriors, Pasūyī/pasūhī cattle breeders, Uhtūxošī craftsmen.
