В данной научной статье автор подробно рассматривает особенности статуса иностранцев, беженцев и апатридов в контексте правового положения личности. В частности, раскрываются существующие между этими понятиями общности и различия, которые оказывают существенное влияние на реализацию прав, свобод и законных интересов личности. In this article Lilit Kazanchian considers the particularities of the status of foreigners, refugees and stateless persons in regard to the presentation of the legal status of an individual. In particular, Kazanchian reveals the similarities and differences existing between these understandings that have a significant impact on implementing the rights, freedoms and lawful interests of individuals.
