В данной научной статье автор обстоятельно рассматривает сущность, содержание и особенности социальных гарантий правового положения личности. Проведенные исследования указывают, что социальные, политические, духовно-культурные гарантии правового положения личности обеспечивают реализацию правового положения личности в демократическом, правовом государстве. In this scientific article the author thoroughly examines the essence, content and features of social guarantees of the legal status of an individual. The investigations indicate that social, political, spiritual and cultural guarantees of the legal status of a person ensure the realization of the legal status of any person in a democratic legal state.
