Abstract:

Статья посвящена сравнительному анализу различных концепций о справедливости. Путем исследования аристотелевской и платоновской учений, а также влияния этих учений на личность, общество и государство, путем сравнения этих учений со средневековыми и современными концепциями о справедливости, выявляются недостатки как античных, так и современных теорий о справедливости, предпринимается попытка разработать концепцию справедливости, соответствующую современной действительности, а также предлагается собственное определение справедливости.The article is about the comparative analysis of different concepts of justice in history. The author roots out the drawbacks of both ancient and modern theories of justice based on the theories of Plato, Aristotle, and analyzing the influence of these theories on the individual, society and state and comparing them with both medieval and modern theories of justice. The author attempts to develop a modern concept of justice consistent with today’s notions and suggests his own definition of justice.
