Abstract:

Исследовано влияние лазерного излучения на морфологию поверхности, элементный состав и характер температурной зависимости сопротивления керамических образцов оксидов меди, полученных при различных условиях термообработки. Часть из них покрывалась медной пленкой и подвергалась дополнительной термообработке. The effect of laser radiation on the surface morphology, elemental composition and the nature of temperature dependence on the resistance of copper oxide ceramic samples obtained under different conditions of heat treatment has been investigated. Some of the samples were covered by copper film and subjected to further heat treatment.
