Abstract:

В статье рассматриваются вопросы довоенной ситуации в Османской империи, политики Великих держав и отношении Турции и Армянского вопроса. Будучи полностью под влиянием Европейских держав, имея проблемы с национальными меньшинствами в пределах империи, правительство младотурок пыталось использовать вхождение в войну как превосходную возможность, чтобы решить все эти проблемы. В статье подчеркнуты все те мотивации и цели, которые вели Османскую империю к войне. The present article highlights the pre-war situation in the Ottoman Empire, the policy of Great Powers reigning there and discloses the discussions on the Armenian question taking place at that time. Being completely under the influence of the European Powers, having problems with the national minorities within the Empire, the Young-Turks' government could use the entering to the war as an excellent opportunity to resolve all these problems. Thus, in my article I have tried to underline all the motivations and aims which could account for the Ottoman Empire the entrance into the war.
