Abstract:

Ինքնորոշման հակամարտությունների կարգավորման գործընթացներում հատկապես առանցքային նշանակություն է ստացել ռազմական գործողությունների վերսկսման հանգամանքը։ Դա տեղի է ունենում մետրոպոլիայի նախաձեռնությամբ ու վկայում է, որ վերջինը պատրաստ է անգամ պատերազմական հանցագործությունների՝ ինքնորոշվող ժողովրդին իր կազմում պահելու կամ դուրս մղելու համար։ Այդ պատճառով այդ շրջանը ամենաբարենպաստն է անկախության ճանաչման համար, քանի որ առարկայական հիմքեր են առաջանում պնդելու, որ ինքնորոշման այլընտրանքը ինքնորոշվող ժողովրդի ցեղասպանությունն է։ Այդուհանդերձ, ճանաչման գործընթացի արագացումը ռազմական գործողությունների վերսկսման անվերապահ հետևանքը չէ։ In the processes of conflict resolution based on self-determination, the resumption of hostilities has acquired a special key importance. This is happening on the initiative of Metropolia and indicates that the latter is ready even for war crimes in order to preserve or oust a self-determining nation from its composition. For this reason, this period is the most favorable for the recognition of independence, since there are substantive grounds to assert that the alternative to self-determination is the genocide of a selfdetermining people. Nevertheless, despite this, The acceleration of the recognition process is not an unconditional consequence of the resumption of hostilities.
