Abstract:

Հոդվածի նպատակն է պարզաբանել մենթորային հարաբերությունները, նպաստել գրադարանային ոլորտում դրա կիրառելիության մեծացմանը՝ գիտական գրադարաններում աշխատող մասնագետների վերապատրաստման համատեքստում։ Ներկայացրել ենք մենթորության հիմնական նպատակները, քոուչինգի հետ նմանությունները և տարբերությունները, գրադարանային մենթորության նպատակները և տեսակները։
The article aims to enhance understanding of mentoring relationships and promote their practical application in the library sector, specifically for training specialists in academic libraries. It outlines the primary objectives of mentoring, distinguishes it from coaching, and explores the goals and various types of mentoring within the library context.
