Abstract:

Актуальность статьи. COVID-19 и вторая Арцахская война существенно повлияли на социально-экономическое положение Армении. Вместе с тем уменьшился объем иностранных инвестиций. Восстановление экономики в таких кризисных условиях должно стать одним из важных направлений экономической политики правительства. Цель статьи - выявить возможные пути привлечения инвестиций в процесс антикризисного управления. Для достижения заявленной цели были выявлены следующие проблемы: изучить факторы, определяющие инвестиционную привлекательность Армении, проанализировать особенности государственной поддержки инвестиций, провести статистический анализ инвестиционных потоков, системно представить антикризисные меры в период кризиса.
Relevance of the article. COVID-19 and the second Artsakh war significantly affected the socio-economic situation of Armenia. Along with that, the volume of foreign investments decreased. The recovery of the economy in such crisis conditions should be one of the important paths of the government's economic policy. The purpose of the article is to identify the possible ways of attracting investment in the anti-crisis management process. In order to achieve the stated goal, the following objectives were identified: study the factors determining the attractiveness of invest-ments in Armenia, analyze the features of the government's investment support, carry out a statistical analysis of investment flows, systematically present anti-crisis measures during a crisis.
