Abstract:

В условиях современного экономического развития практически ни одна страна мира не застрахована от кризисных явлений, которые время от времени происходят в разных государствах и имеют свои уникальные первопричины. История развития экономических отношений показывает, что кризисы являются неотъемлемой частью развития социально-экономических систем. Повторяющиеся циклы экономического роста и спада возникают в любом типе социально-экономических систем, независимо от их особенностей и характера управления. Кризис COVID-19 серьезно сказался на экономике 27 стран-членов ЕС, вызвав беспрецедентные потрясения в Европе и во всем мире. Поскольку глобальная пандемия все еще продолжается, и ее вторая (возможно, даже третья) волна держит Европу и весь мир в плену, слишком рано оценивать последствия этого кризиса. Однако первичные последствия уже ощутимы. Пандемия коронавируса привела к худшему экономическому коллапсу в Европе за последние десятилетия, хотя к 2021 году тенденции к восстановлению уже очевидны.
In the context of modern economic development, practically no country is guaranteed against the crisis phenomena that occur from time to time in different countries and have their own unique root causes. The history of the development of economic relations shows that crises are an integral part of the development of socio-economic systems. Recurring situations of economic growth and decline occur in any type of socio-economic systems, regardless of their characteristics and the nature of management. The COVID-19 crisis has severely affected the economies of the 27 EU member states, causing unprecedented turmoil in Europe and around the world. Since the global pandemic is still going on - its second (perhaps even third) wave still holds Europe and the world in its clutches, it is too early to assess the overall consequences of this crisis. However, the main effects are already being felt. The coronavirus pandemic has led to the worst economic collapse in Europe in decades, although recovery trends are already clear by 2021.
