Гендерные и возрастные особенности коморбидности рассеянного склероза с депрессией

Հետազոտության նպատակն է ուսումնասիրել դեպրեսիայով (ընկճախտով) ուղեկցվող համակցված ցրված սկլերոզի (կարծրախտի) գենդերային և տարիքային առանձնահատկությունները: Հետազոտվել է 115 հիվանդ, որոնցից 43-ը տղամարդիկ են, 72-ը՝ կանայք: Պարզվել է, որ ցրված սկլերոզով հիվանդ իգական սեռի պացիենտների շրջանում դեպրեսիայի զարգացման ռիսկը էականորեն ավելի բարձր է (OR=1,570), քան տղամարդկանց մոտ (OR=0,719): The aim of the research is to study the gender and age peculiarities of comorbidity in multiple sclerosis (MS) associated with depression. The study included 115 patients with confirmed diagnosis of MS; among them, there were 43 men and 72 women. It was found that among female patients, the risk of developing depression of MS was significantly higher (OR = 1.570) than in men(OR = 0.719).
