Abstract:

Устойчивое энергоснабжение - важная проблема в современном мире, в обеспечении которого атомная энергетика вносит важный вклад. Ядерная безопасность связана как с национальными, так и с международными структурами, поскольку вопросы ядерной безопасности обычно затрагивают интересы соседних стран и региона. За последние несколько десятилетий произошли несколько крупных ядерных катастроф, что дает основание сделать вывод, что исключение несчастных случаев превыше человеческих возможностей, а принимаемые меры могут лишь снизить нынешний уровень ядерных рисков.Sustainable energy supply is an important issue in the modern world, and the nuclear energy sector significantly contributes to it. Nuclear security is discussed at both national and international levels, since nuclear security issues, as a rule, affect the interests of neighboring countries and the region. Over the last decades, several serious nuclear power station accidents have been reported, which suggests that prevention of accidents is beyond human capabilities and the measures that can be taken could only reduce the current level of nuclear risks.
