Кадровая политика является одной из наиболее важных проблем любой организации. Правильный подбор кадров, оптимальный механизм оплаты труда, проблемы эффективности работы всегда были интересны для всех сфер деятельности, и система государственной службы здесь не является исключением. В рамках этой статьи обсуждались вопросы отбора персонала в систему государственной службы Республики Армения. Human Resource (HR) policy is one of the most vital issues for any organization. The recruitment and selection of appropriate candidates, optimal mechanism of remuneration, labor productivity and job effectiveness and efficiency issues have always been of interest to all types of economic activity, and the system of civil service is not an exception. The article discusses candidate recruitment and selection issues with respect to the work in the System of Civil Service of the Republic of Armenia.
