Рассматривается устойчивость цилиндрической оболочки с наполнителем при внешнем нормальном давлении. Влияние наполнителя учитывается по модели Винклера. Одномерная задача для кольца с вязкоупругим наполнителем решается точно. The stability of cylindrical shell with a core for mixed boundary conditions under external normal pressure is conidered. The influence of the core is considered by the model of Vincler. One dimentional problem for the ring with viscoellastic core is solved with exaction. Դիտարկվում է լցոնված գլանային թաղանթի կայունությունը խառը եզրային պայմանների դեպքում արտաքին նորմալ ճնշման տակ: Լցոնի ազդեցությունը հաշվի է առնվում Վինկլերի մոդելի դրվածքով: Առաձգամածուցիկ լցոնի դեպքում միաչափ խնդիրը օղակի համար լուծվում է ճշգրիտ:
