Abstract:

Формирование и первое крупномасштабное градостроительное развитие города Машхада началось еще в начале 17-ого века во времена правления Шаха Аббаса. В результате, в 1920-х годах, мы становимся свидетелями резкого развития и модернизации города. С начала 1950-х и 1960-х годов стали расширяться городские районы и население стало быстро увеличиваться. В 1979 году после исламской революции город значительно расширяется, и, в особенности, место святилища, являющееся ядром города.The first attempted large-scale development and formation of Mashhad took place in the 17th century by Shah Abbas. After the 1920s, we witness a rapid development and modernization of the city. In 1950s and 1960s, the urban areas have been expanded and the population was rapidly growing. After the Islamic revolution in 1979, the city was expanded significantly, and especially the area of shrine, which is considered as a city core.
