We address the classical analog of the extended phase space (EPS) (N=2)-supersymmetric quantum mechanics (SUSY QM). We derive the integrals of motion and calculate the parameters that measure the breaking of EPS-SUSY. We analyze the non-perturbative mechanism for its breaking in the instanton picture, which has resulted from tunneling between the classical vacua of the theory. Particular attention is given to the independent group theoretical method and its connection to the factorization procedure in developing a spectrum generating algebra (SGA) for the EPS-SUSY.
