Abstract:

The article discusses the main conceptual approaches to values and assessments in the philosophy of law, as reflected in the legal and political teachings of classical and contemporary authors. Particular attention is paid to the nature and content of legal values and its relationship with positive law and the existing legal system. Legal values constitute an important component of the philosophy of law and have significant practical importance in legal application.
