Հոդվածում ուսումնասիրվում են չճանաչված պետությունների միջազգային ինտեգրման հնարավորություններն ու այդ գործընթացի վրա ազդող հիմնական գործոնները։ Փորձ է արվում ներկայացնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի, Հարավային Օսիայի և Աբխազիայի ինտեգրման հնարավորությունները կամ ինտեգրման միավորումների հետ հնարավոր համագործակցության հեռանկարները։ Ինտեգրման միավորների՝ հակամարտությունների կանխարգելման, կարգավորման հարցում ունեցած դերակատարությունն ու արդյունավետությունը դեռևս ոչ միանշանակ է և, որոշ դեպքերում, առավելապես ոչ արդյունավետ։ Այնուամենայնիվ, չճանաչված պետությունների՝ ինտեգրման միավորների հետ ակտիվ համագործակությունը կարող է արդյունավետ լինել հետկոնֆլիկտային փուլի մարտահրավերների հաղթահարման տեսանկյունից, սակայն չի կարող որոշիչ լինել չճանաչված պետության միջազգային ճանաչման համար։ Ներկայացված են նաև Կոսովո-ԵՄ ակտիվ համագործակցության ու հնարավոր ինտեգրման գործընթացի առանձնահատկությունները, դրա ազդեցությունը ճանաչման գործընթացի վրա, ինչպես նաև առկա փորձի կիրառման հնարավորությունները Հարավային Կովկասի դե ֆակտո պետությունների համար։
The article examines the opportunities for integration of non-recognized states and the key factors influencing this process. An attempt is made to present the possibilities of integration of Nagorno Karabakh, South Ossetia and Abkhazia or the prospects of possible cooperation with integration units. The role and effectiveness of integration units in conflict prevention and settlement are still ambiguous and, in some instances, largely ineffective. However, an active and close cooperation with integration units may be effective in overcoming the challenges of the post-conflict phase. At the same time, it is highlighted that this is not a decisive factor for international recognition of non-recognized states. The article presents the features of Kosovo-EU active cooperation and possible integration process, its impact on the recognition process, as well as opportunities for applying the existing experience in de facto states of the South Caucasus.
