Abstract:

Analyses and judgments on civilizations give grounds to conclude that each type of civilization corresponds to its state-legal component (state and law), both in the past, present and in the foreseeable future. Therefore, the state-legal institutions, institutions and their practical activities of each country (people) are directly conditioned by the historically formed degree of civilization of a given society. The category of civilization is an important prerequisite for understanding and assessing the essence of existing statehood and the main trends in development. Over the centuries, numerous directions of science have tried to reveal the main characteristics of human society  society, the patterns of existence and development, and the qualities of rational self-expression. Social society has been mainly considered as a system of mutual, permanent and necessary relationships between rational individuals. It is the form and means of rational life that ensures the preservation, reproduction, self-knowledge, formation of a common value system and individual self-expression of the human species. The structural elements of society  political, economic, legal, social, cultural, etc.  are simply organic components of the system that form the necessary prerequisites for human life.
