Անշարժ գույքի հետ կապված գործարքները X-XVI դդ. Հայաստանում

Еще в X-XVI вв. в Армении выполнялись транзакции с недвижимостью. Предметами сделок являлись сельские общины, фруктовые сады, пашни и другая недвижимость (мельницы, постоялые дворы и др.). Были распространены не только одношаговые транзакции, фиксирующие разные виды сделок с недвижимостью (дарение, продажу (покупку), аренду), но и многоступенчатые, включающие одновременно несколько видов сделок:покупка ‒ дарение, покупка – застройка-дарение и др. In Armenia in the 10th-16th centuries transactions related to real property were realized. Rural communities, fruit orchards, arable lands and other real property (watermills, hotels, etc.) were the subjects of the transactions. Common transaction types included not only one-step deals to record diverse real property transactions including donations, or sale and purchase, or lease, but also multi-step deals incorporating several types of transactions in the same time, like purchase and donation, or purchase, development and donation, etc.
