Abstract:

Преобразования, имеющие место в социальном институте "семьи", связаны со многими политическими, правовыми, экономическими и культурными факторами. Manifestations of the “orphanhood” phenomenon are conditioned by economic and socio-cultural environment of the given time, as well as by the priorities established by the government. One should not deny that the orphanages reflect the transformations happening in the social institute of “family”, which in their turn depend on complex and interrelated political, legal, economic and cultural factors.
