Комитет по культурным связям с армянской диаспорой играл активную роль в укреплении связей Родина-Диаспора. Основанный в мае 1964 г. комитет Диаспоры стал одним из ведущих учреждений в Советской Армении. За короткий период комитет Диаспоры установил связи со многими организациями, патриотическими, культурными союзами, школами, редакциями газет и журналов, с библиотеками, клубами, а также с отдельными деятелями Диаспоры.The Committee for Cultural Relations with the Armenian Diaspora played an active role in strengthening the Motherland-Diaspora ties. Founded in May 1964, the Committee of Diaspora became one of the leading institutions in Soviet Armenia. In a short period, the Committee of Diaspora established links with many organizations, patriotic, cultural associations, schools, editorings of newspapers and magazines, libraries, clubs, as well as with individual figures of Diaspora.
