Армянское общество культурных связей с зарубежными странами было основано в 1944 году для регулирования отношений между Советской Арменией и Диаспорой. Главной целью этой структуры было сотрудничество с так называемыми “прогрессивными” организациями, союзами и представителями Диаспоры, а также углубление связей армян Диаспоры с родиной. The Armenian Association of Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries was founded in 1944 to manage the relations between the Soviet Armenia and the Diaspora. The main goal of the Association was to cooperate with the so called “progressive” organizations, unions and persons in the Diaspora. After the situation in the Diaspora was deeply researched the Association undertook some necessary programs for the integration in the Diaspora life and to connect Diaspora Armenians to the Homeland.
