Abstract:

Статистические данные последних лет показывают рост темпов безработицы и высокий уровень эмиграции из страны. В этой связи необходимо реформировать сферу услуг, поддерживающую развитие карьеры и предлагаемую высшими учебными заведениями. The statistical data of recent years shows the rising rate of the unemployment and high rates of emigration from the country. These indicators are the impetus for the immediate reformation.
