Abstract:

Автор на основе архивных документов доказывает, что в течение более 70 лет азербайджанскими властями попирались права карабахцев армянской национальности, что и явилось главной причиной азербайджано-карабахского конфликта. Карабахцы в борьбе завоевали право на свободное проживание на родной земле, что соответствует известной Декларации ООН. Следовательно: единственным средством (путем) вышеуказанной проблемы может быть право на свободное самоуправление НКР.
The author, according to archive documents states that for more than 70 (seventy) years the Azeri Goverment trampled on the Rights of Karabakhs with Armenian Nationality, which became the main reason of Azcri-Karabakh conflict. In the struggle the Karabakhi people gained the Right for independent life and existence on their homeland which corresponds to the famous Declaration of the United Nationis Organization. Consequently the only means of the above mentioned problem could be the Right for Independent Self determination of Nagomo Karabakh Republic.
