Abstract:

At present acting Russians Coustitution was adopted December 12, 1993. The question about its preparation had already put up in the second past of 1980-th. Begining mith the second past o f 1980-th. When a course o f renewed o f all sides of state and social life was taken, arises the necessity o f decisive renewed and the whole system o f legistation including the coustitution. In formation o f renewed the Coustitution were such processes which connected with changes o f correlation o f the social forces in the society and the formation o f a new market relations. The new Russian Coustitution is a document, which reflects the typical frait o f time and conditions turned out in the country. The essential changes whish took place in the life of Russian society in its politics, economics, spiritual sphere when the Coustitution of R, S, F, S, R, 1978, was adopted.
