Статья посвящена существующему в Азербайджанской ССР национальному вопросу и истории общих процессов и методов его решения со стороны Азербайджана. Она также рассматривает демографическую картину проживающих разных этнических групп на территории Азербайджанской ССР и причины и последствия азербайджанской этноцидной политики.
The article is devoted to the national issue existed in Azerbaijani SSR and the history of general processes of implementing Azerbaijani methods of its solution. It discusses also the demographic picture of the ethnic groups living in the territory of the Azerbaijani SSR, as well as, the causes and consequences of the Azerbaijani ethnocide policy conducting towards those ethnic groups․
