Abstract:

Отдел теории и истории экономической мысли периодически, в ввиде обзоров, представлял процессы, имеющие место в современной армянской экономической мысли. В последние годы изменилось поле исследовательско- экономической мысли Республики. Исследования теоретического характера сократились. Первичными стали исследования на уровне отрасли, организации, отдавая дань соблазну многократно повторяющихся предложений: «все стали учителями, не побывав учениками». Часто решения, предлагаемые для так называемых «проблем», превосходили сам анализ, не понимая, что каждое из них связано с множеством других решений. Как говорил Вольтер Ойкен «сформировалось два типа экономистов, существующих бок о бок», без этого единства невозможно осмыслить реальный ход экономических процессов. В этой статье материал для анализа был выбран по дискреционному принципу. Они касаются практических принципов цифровой экономики, проявлений «новой бедности», взаимосвязанности образования и бедности, феномена коррупции и других вопросов.
The Department of the Theory and history of Economic Thought has regularly presented the developments of modern Armenian economic thought through theories, the field of view of the economic thought of the republic has changed in recent years. Studies of a theoretical nature have become rare. Studies on the level of field, sector, and organization have become the priority, paying tribute to the temptation of repeated suggestions, "Everyone has become a teacher without being a student". Often, the proposed solutions for the so-called "problems" exceed the actual analysis, not knowing that each of them is related to many other solutions. As Walter Oiken would say, "Two types of economists have been formed that exist side by side", without this unity it is not possible to make sense of the real course of economic processes. The materials for analysis in this article were chosen on a discretionary basis. Those materials refer to the practical principles of the digital economy, the manifestations of "new poverty", the interdependence of education and poverty, the phenomenon of corruption, and other issues.
