Abstract:

В РА развитие системы образования имеет большое значение, поскольку последнее является важнейшим средством стимулирования предпринимательства и повышения уровня жизни населения. В данном случае инновационное развитие сферы образования становится объективной необходимостью. Инновационная образовательная система предполагает организацию современного и востребованного инновационного образования одновременно на всех образовательных уровнях. Следовательно, необходимо учитывать национальный и общественный менталитет, традиции, сложившиеся в сфере образования, а также многолет- ний педагогический опыт известных специалистов. Особое внимание следует уделить вопросам цифровой трансформации сферы образования и использованию здравоохранительных технологий, поскольку они способствуют более эффективному обучению учащихся. Цифровая трансформация сферы образования может существенно способствовать углублению взаимодействия науки, бизнеса и государства, активизации инновационной и инвестиционной деятельности, что вытекает из современных требований экономического развития. Инновационная образовательная система требует создания и развития инновационной образовательной инфраструктуры, стимулирования цифровой трансформации сферы образования, а также углубления взаимодействия образования, науки, бизнеса и государства. В связи с этим особенно важно изучение возможностей финансирования сферы образования в Республике Армения и международного опыта, что и определяет актуальность темы нашего исследования.
In the Republic of Armenia, the development of the education system is of great importance, since the latter is the most important asset for stimulating entrepreneurship and improving the standard of living of the population. In this case, innovative development of the education sector becomes an objective necessity. An innovative education system involves the organization of modern and in-demand innovative education processes simultaneously at all educational levels. Therefore, it is necessary to take into account the national and social mentality, and traditions, that have developed in the field of education, as well as the many years of teaching experience of famous specialists. Particular attention should be paid to the issues of digital transformation of the education sector and the use of health-saving technologies, as they contribute to more effective learning for students. The digital transformation of the education sector can significantly contribute to deepening the interaction between science, business, and the State, and intensifying innovation and investment activities, which follow from modern requirements of economic development. An innovative educational system requires the creation and development of innovative educational infrastructure, stimulation of the digital transformation of the education sector, as well as deepening the interaction between education, science, business, and the state. In this regard, it is especially important to study the possibilities of financing the education sector in the Republic of Armenia and localizing international experience, which determines the relevance of the study.
