Abstract:

В связи с геополитическим положением и особенностями страны, Иран всегда был в центре внимания исследователей. Целью статьи является изучение инструментов, используемых государством в разные исторические периоды, которые способствовали развитию научного сектора страны, а также разработка актуальных практических предложений для Республики Армения. В статье, с использованием научно-историко-логических, а также аналитико-синтетических методов, исследуются экономические и политические процессы в Исламской Республике Иран и развитие науки в этом контексте. Акцент был сделан на революцию в Иране и развитие страны в послереволюционный период. Принятая в 2005 году 20-летняя программа развития страны «Видение 2025» была проанализи-рована, в частности, содержащиеся в ней основные положения, направлены на развитие области науки. Особое внимание было уделено механизмам, использование которых положительно повлияло на развитие отрасли. Следует отметить, что в результате научной политики, проводимой правительством, значительно возросла активность в области развития науки и технологий. Также увеличилось количество статей, публикуемых учеными в авторитетных научных источниках, что, в свою очередь, является одним из важнейших критериев демонстрации научного уровня.
Due to the geopolitical position and characteristics of the country, Iran has always been the focus of researchers. The purpose of the article is to study the tools used by the state in different historical periods that contributed to the development of the country's science, as well as to develop appropriate applied proposals for Armenia. In the article, using scientific-historical-logical, as well as analytical-synthetic methods, the economic and political processes in the Islamic Republic of Iran and the development of science in their context was explored. Emphasis was placed on the revolution in Iran and the country's development in the post-revolutionary period. The 20-year program of the country's development "Vision 2025" adopted in 2005 was analyzed, in particular, the main provisions contained in it, aimed at the development of the field of science. Particular attention was paid to the mechanisms, the use of which had a positive impact on the development of the industry. It should be noted that as a result of the scientific policy pursued by the government, activity in the development of science and technology has significantly increased. The number of articles published by scientists in authoritative scientific sources has also increased, which, in turn, is one of the most important criteria for demonstrating scientific level.
