Abstract:

При исследовании особенностей формирования налоговых рычагов в РА можно заключить, что для повышения эффективности системы государственного управления наряду со многими проблемами необходимо в первую очередь, решить проблемы совершенствования налоговых отношений и реализации налоговой политики, суть которых заключается в повышении удельного веса налоговых отношений в ВВП, определении оптимального соотношения между прямыми и косвенными налогами, совершенствовании налогового администрирования и, что самое важное, повышении эффективности налоговой политики. While studying the peculiarities of formation of tax leverages in the the RA, it could be concluded that to improve the effectiveness of the public administration system among other issues, first of all, it is required to tackle the issues of improvement of tax relations and implementation of the tax policy, the essence of which is to increase the share of tax revenues in GDP, determine the optimal direct tax-to-indirect tax ratio, improve tax administration and, most importantly, increase the efficacy of the tax policy.
