В результате реформирования инструментария налогового администрирования и налоговой системы необходимо сформировать формат взаимовыгодного сотрудничества «налоговая система-бизнес среда-государство», чыо, с одной стороны, позволит создать конкурентоспособную налоговую систему, а с другой стороны, бизнес-среда по мере возможности не должна пострадать от этой системы. As a results of the reforming of the tools and instruments of the tax administration and tax system it is required to shape the guiding principles of mutually beneficial cooperation "tax system-business environment-government", which, on the one hand, would allow to build a comperatitive tax system, and on the other hand, the business environment, to the extent possible, should not suffer from this system.
