Abstract:

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, касающиеся принципа разделения властей в сочинениях известных армянских деятелей XVIII в. — Иосифа Эмина, Мовсеса Баграмяна и Шаамира Шаамиряна. В частности, делается вывод о том, что в составленном уже в начале 70-х годов XVIII в. проекте первой армянской конституции "Западня честолюбия" с определенной четкостью реализован принцип разделения властей или ограничения властных полномочий в сочетании с основополагающими принципами народовластия и правового государства. The opinions of the well-known Armenian illuminators Hovsep Emin, Movses Baghramian and Shahamir Shahamirian concerning the principles of the division of the power are discussed in the article. Particularly the following conclusion is drawn on the basis of lawpolitical researches that in the second half of the 18th century in the project of the first Armenian constitution "Vorogayt Parats" the principle of the division of the power or limitation of power is rather thoroughly discussed combined successfully with such modern principles as people's power and the state of law.
