The article is devoted to the research of the revisions of Mount Lebanon's Reglement in 1912. The Protocol for the revisions was signed in December 1912 by the representatives of the Powers. The 1912 amendments were only a modest step in the development of Mount Lebanon’s political life. The concessions made by this Protocol were insufficient for the Lebanese aspirations.
