Formation of "The Armenian world" established the new directions for development of the Armenian civilization. In this sense, process of acceptance political decision is important for safety reasons and competitiveness of space of the RA-NKR-Diaspora. The best way of realization of this purpose is involvement of subjects of civil society in different stages of acceptances political decision, taking into account features of network management.
