Abstract:

Experimental results demonstrating generation of electric power by means of thermoelectric generator on CeB6 crystal operating below 10 K are presented. The dependencies of the output power, current, efficiency of the generator for various power of external heating, different loads and ambient temperatures are investigated. The features of obtained currentvoltage characteristics of superconductor that is supplied by the generator are discussed.
