Во многих странах институт парламента окончательно сформировался в XIX в., в частности, во Франции (70-е годы XIX в.), в Германии, Щвейцарии, Испании, Португалии, Италии и Бельгии (в последней четверти XIX в.). В России институт парламента был создан в 1906-1907 гг. в связи с функционированием Государственной думы. Formation of the institute of parliament in many countries took place in the 19th century. For example, in France institute of parliament was finally established in 1870s. The same process took place in the last quarter of the 19th century in Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Belgium. In Russia appearance of the institute of parliament was in 1906-1907 dealt with the functioning of State Duma.
