В 1930-х годах военная угроза Германии стала региональной проблемой для соседних стран. Угроза войны привела к дестабилизации международных отношений. Исходя из сложной международной обстановки в Европе, Турция разработала более гибкую внешнюю политику в отношении Германии. В регионе возросла геополитическая роль Турции в основном в силу ее выгодного географического положения. In 1930s, the military threat from Germany was a regional challenge for the surrounding countries. After Austria became a part of Germany, there was a sharp destabilization in international relations caused by the threat of the war. In this difficult international situation in Europe, Turkey had to develop more sensitive foreign policy towards Germany. Turkey's geopolitical role gradually increased in the region mostly due to its favorable geographic position. While developing stable relations with Germany, Turkey managed to maintain its important role in the regional processes.
