Abstract:

Labor markets are undergoing rapid transformation driven by growth, geopolitical dynamics, stability concerns, and the unprecedented adoption of new technologies. Implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an undeniable trend in recent years. Companies are no longer merely experimenting with the technology: they are actively implementing it. The leading adopters of AI technologies include the services sector, the fuel and energy industry, and the retail trade. The most widespread applications remain chatbots and various data recognition and processing systems that assist humans in decision-making. At the same time, numerous challenges arise in relation to changes in the labor market, regulation of industrial development, and the safety of AI use, including accountability for algorithmic and data-related errors on which AI systems have been trained. AI is emerging as a transformative technology of our time, one that is driving significant social change. Social institutions are actively leveraging AI, big data analytics, biometrics, and other innovations, which enable greater automation in the provision of social services and foster their widespread use across diverse population groups. Each year, new opportunities arise, and increasingly effective approaches are being developed to address user needs, thus enhancing the quality of social services. In this context, the study of labor market transformations becomes particularly important, underscoring the relevance of our research topic. The aim of the study is to identify key labor market challenges related to the unprecedented development of AI technologies. The study explores the domains of AI’s influence and to present pathways for overcoming the challenges it poses.
Рынки труда быстро трансформируются в ответ на рост, геополитическую динамику, устойчивость и беспрецедентное внедрение технологий. Искусственный интеллект (ИИ) является неоспоримым трендом последних лет. Компании уже не просто тестируют технологию, а активно ее внедряют. Лидерами внедрения технологий ИИ являются сфера услуг, топливно-энергетический комплекс и ритейл. Самыми распространенными по-прежнему остаются чат-боты — всевозможные системы распознавания и обработки данных, помогающие человеку принимать решения. При этом возникает множество вопросов, связанных с изменением рынков труда, регулированием развития промышленности, безопасностью использования искусственного интеллекта, включая ответственность за ошибки в алгоритмах и данных, на которых он обучается. Искусственный интеллект становится преобразующей технологией нашего времени, посредством которой происходят серьезные социальные изменения. Социальные институты активно используют искусственный интеллект, аналитику больших данных, биометрию и другие инновации, что позволяет повысить уровень автоматизации предоставления социальных услуг и активное их использование различными слоями населения. Ежегодно появляются новые возможности и разрабатываются эффективные подходы к решению проблем пользователей, что позволяет повысить уровень социальных услуг. В этом контексте изучение изменений на рынке труда имеет важное значение, что определяет актуальность темы нашего исследования. Целью исследования является выявление актуальных проблем рынка труда, связанных с беспрецедентным развитием технологий искусственного интеллекта. Задачей исследования является изучение сфер проникновения влияния ИИ и представление путей преодоления вызовов ИИ.
