Контекст финансового планирования внутри страны должен включать результат финансового планирования страны таким образом, чтобы развитие страны или его тенденции можно было увидеть путем измерения характеристик доходов и расходов, возникающих в результате этого планирования. выражается в росте ВВП и повышении уровня жизни. Финансовое планирование в РА можно рассматривать по данным ЦБА и правительства, каждые из которых, в свою очередь, осуществляют подготовку своей программы/планового «Основного документа» и представляют его Национальному Собранию на утверждение. ЦБА реализует ее через программу денежно-кредитной политики, а Правительство РА – через государственный бюджет. Учитывая, что составление бюджета является сос- тавляющый и неделимый частью финансового планирования, для развития страны будет эффективным рассмотрение и представление Национальному Собранию всех планово-стратегических документов страны
The context of financial planning within the country should include the result of the country's financial planning in such a way that the development of the country or its tendency can be seen by measuring the characteristics of the incomes and expenses generated as a result of that planning, expressed by the growth of the GDP and the raising of the standard of living. Financial planning in RA can be considered according to the CBA and the Government of RA, each of which in turn implements the compilation of their program/planning "Master document" and submission to the National Assembly for approval. The CBA implements it through the monetary policy program, and the Government implements it through the state budget. Taking into account that budgeting is a constituent and inseparable part of financial planning, it will be effective for the development of the country to consider and submit all the planning and strategic documents of the country to the National Assembly.
