Количественная оценка взаимозависимости продукции виноградарства и выявление ее закономерностей всегда актуальны в развитии отраслей виноградарства. Основной целью данного исследования является изучение динамики виноградников, валового сбора и урожайности винограда и их влияния на объемы винодельческой продукции в 2000-2021 гг. в РА. С этой целью были поставлены следующие задачи։ изучить основные тенденции развития виноградников, урожайность и валовой сбор винограда в 2000-2021 гг. в РА, изучить динамику объемов продукции коньяка, вина и шампанского в 2000-2021 гг. и выявить взаимозависимость между объемами продукции коньяка, вина и шампанского и валовым сбором винограда и ее закономерностями. В данном исследовании было выявлено, что объем валового сбора винограда влияет на объем производства коньяка, вина и шампанского во времени, начиная с определенного момента, и эти взаимозависимости были представлены регрессионными моделями динамического лагового распределения. Как показал анализ, валовой сбор винограда начинает существенно влиять на объем продукции бренди через 6,7 лет, на объем продукции вина - через 5,6 лет и на объем продукции шампанского - через 5,8 лет. В результате исследования были выявлены особенности взаимозависимости между валовым сбором винограда и объемами производства коньяков, вин и шампанских вин в РА в 2000-2021 гг. и рассчитан средний лаг влияния динамики валового сбора винограда на объемы производства коньяков, вин и шампанских вин. Организации, занимающиеся производством винодельческой продукции, также могут учитывать объемы общего урожая винограда в отчетном периоде и лаги их влияния на объемы отдельных винодельческих изделий при прогнозировании объемов производства.
The quantitative estimation of the interdependence between the viticulture products and the disclosure of its patterns are always relevant in the development of viticulture branches. The main aim of this research is to study the dynamic of the vineyards, the gross harvest and yield capacity of grape and their influence on the volumes of the winery products in 2000-2021 in the RA. For that purpose, the following problems have been stated: to explore the main tendencies of the vineyards, the yield capacity and the gross harvest of grape in 2000-2021 in RA, to identify the dynamics of the product volumes of brandy, wine and champagne in 2000-2021 and to disclose the interdependence between the product volumes of brandy, wine and champagne and gross harvest of grape and its patterns. In this research the gross harvest of grape impact on the product volumes of brandy, wine and champagne during the period of time and from the certain point of the time. So this interdependence of studied indicators have been presented with help of the dynamic regression models with lag distribution. As the analysis has shown the gross harvest of grape significantly begins to impact on the product volume of brandy 6.7 years later, and on the product volume of wine 5.6 years later and on the product volume of champagne 5.8 years later. As a result of the research the features of the interdependence between the gross harvest of grape and the product volumes of the brandy, wine and champagne has been disclosed, the average influence lags of the gross harvest of grape and the product volumes of the brandy, wine and champagne have been calculated also. The winery companies may take in consideration the volume of the gross harvest of grape in reported year and its average influence lags for forecasting the product volumes of separate winery products.
