В связи с вызовами развития сельского хозяйства Республики Армения и проблемами продовольственного обеспечения обязательным становится полное становление крестьянских хозяйств как экономических единиц, а также эффективное использование ими ресурсного потенциала, поскольку они обеспечивают более 94 процентов валовой продукции сельского хозяйства. Исследования показывают, что производственные возможности и нынешний уровень доходов крестьянских хозяйств не обеспечивают динамичного развития сельского хозяйства и необходимого уровня обеспечения продовольственной безопасности, что в основном обусловлено проблемами данной сферы. С учетом роли крестьянских хозяйств в развитии сферы, а также в обеспечении продовольственной безопасности основной целью был рассмотрен анализ имеющегося ресурсного потенциала и повышение эффективности его использования. Анализ использования ресурсного потенциала в крестьянских хозяйствах Республики Армения, обусловленный поставленными задачами, дает возможность предопределить направления их решения. Учитывая проведенные опросы и исследования, предложенные подходы позволят улучшить возможности ресурсного потенциала, используемого первичными сельскохозяйственными производственными единицами (крестьянскими хозяйствами), а также повысить эффективность их использования, что приведет к повышению конкурентоспособности хозяйств и увеличению доходов.
Due to the challenge of the development of agriculture in the Republic of Armenia and the problems of food security, the full establishment of farms as economic units, as well as the effective use of the resource potential used by them becomes an imperative, as they provide more than 94% of the gross agricultural product. Studies show that the production possibilities of farms and the current level of income do not ensure the dynamic development of agriculture and the necessary level of food security, which is mainly due to the existing problems in the sector. Taking into account the role of agricultural farms in the development of the sector, as well as in the maintenance of food security, the analysis of the available resources and the improvement of the effectiveness of its use was considered as the main goal. The analysis of the use of resource potential in the agricultural farms of the Republic of Armenia creates an opportunity to predetermine the directions of their solution, determined by the presented problems, which may later lead to scientific novelty. Considering conducted surveys and studies, the proposed approaches will provide an opportunity to improve the resource potential used by primary agricultural production units, as well as to increase the efficiency of their use, which will lead to an increase in the competitiveness of farms and increase in income.
