В настоящее время в условиях отсутствия у многих предприятий начальных и свободных денежных средств, сложностей с получением банковского кредита и повышенного риска прямых денежных инвестиций-лизинг является идеальной формой эффективной и целенаправленной поддержки развития предприятий. В Армении рынок лизинговых услуг еще не совсем развит, но он является весьма перспективным, если смотреть на долголетний опыт использования лизинговых отношений в предпринимательской деятельности многих стран мира. Currently the role of leasing is becoming of higher importance for many enterprises owing to lack of initial and free financial resources. In order to report increase in sales turnover leasing is a unique form of an effective and targeted form of assistance by taking into account the difficulties with getting bank loans and direct rising risks associated with monetary investments. The leasing services market hasn’t emerged as a developed financial market; however is a very promising market if we consider the long-term gains the businesses in various nations of the world benefit from.
