Abstract:

В последнее время кластерный подход широко используется в инновационной политике, в политике структурных изменений и территориального управления, а также во внешнеторговой политике разных стран в качесве решающего фактора развития экономики. Принимая во внимание системообразующую значимость оборонной промышленности в экономике, она представляется как наиболее подходящая сфера кластеризации. Соответственно, в статье рассмотрен зарубежный опыт кластеризации экономики (Турции и Израиля), акцентируя на достижениях в оборонной промышленности и возможностей применения эффективного опыта в Армении. Recently, the cluster approach is widely utilized in the innovation policy, the policy of structural changes and regional management, and foreign trade policy as well by different countries, as a crucial factor of economic development. By taking into account the system-building importance of the defense industry in the economy, it has been considered as the most appropriate sector for clustering.Accordingly, the article examines the international practice on economic clusterization (namely, Turkey and Israel), emphasizing the achievements of the defense industry and the possibilities of applying the effective practices in Armenia.
