Abstract:

Темпы развития строительства как неотьемленая часть экономики страны отражают социально-экономическую ситуацию в РА. Отметим, что обьем строительства в 1915г. по сравнению с 2008 годом снизился примерно в 1,8 раза. The construction industry is an indispensable part of the economy of the country and the pace of its development illustrates the socioeconomic situation in the Republic of Armenia. Notable, in 2015 the volume of construction decreased 1.8 times visi-vis 2008 at the same time while the GDP had a growing tendency in the last decade increasing 1.4 times in 2015 visavis 2008. The decrease of the volumes in the construction industry boosts the unemployment, resulting in emigration from Armenia.
