Abstract:

Հոդվածում քննարկվում են ազգային շահերի ձևավորման մեխանիզմները՝ ելնելով դրանց մշակման գործընթացում սուբյեկտների հստակեցման, ինչպես նաև ազգային շահերի՝ ռազմավարական փաստաթղթերում ձևակերպման հրամայականից: Փորձ է արվում ազգային շահերի ձևավորման ու փաստաթղթավորման գործընթացը դիտարկել ազգային անվտանգության ապահովման համատեքստում արդյունավետ քաղաքականության մշակման և վարման անհրաժեշտությունից ելնելով: Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ միջազգային հարաբերություններում ճիշտ դիրքավորման և արդյունավետ քաղաքականության վարման նախապայման է ազգային շահերի գիտակցումը և դրանից բխող ռազմավարական քաղաքականության վարումը, հոդվածում քննարկվում են նաև ազգային շահերին առնչվող խնդիրները միջազգային հարաբերությունների տեսությունների համատեքստում (ռեալիզմ, լիբերալիզմ): The article discusses the mechanisms for the formation of national interests stemmed from the imperative of defining the entities in their development process and the imperative of formulating national interests in strategic documents. An attempt is made to consider the process of formation and documentation of national interests in the context of ensuring national security based on the need for effective policy development and management. Given the fact that the realization of national interests and the management of strategic policy resulting from it is a prerequisite for proper positioning and effective policy in international relations, the article also discusses the issues related to national interests within the theories of international relations (realism, liberalism).
