Abstract:

Հոդվածի նպատակն է ուսումնասիրել ԱՄՆ 41-րդ նախագահ Ջորջ Բուշի վարչակազմի քաղաքականությունը նորանկախ Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման ուղղությամբ ու դրա դրդապատճառները։ ԽՍՀՄ փլուզումը ԱՄՆ-ին հնարավորություն էր տվել հանրային դիվանագիտության և փափուկ ուժի կիրառմամբ հարաբերություններ ձևավորել նորանկախ պետությունների, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի հետ։
The purpose of this paper is to study the foreign policy of the administration of the 41st President of the United States, George Bush as well as the efforts and motives for normalization of the relations between newly independent Armenia and Turkey.
