Abstract:
This article provides a brief comparative analysis of the emergence, formation and historical development of the preliminary investigation authorities of the modern period of history in Armenia. The necessity of establishing a single investigative body in Armenia is justified as one of the main guarantees of the independence and autonomy of investigators. The article explains the necessity of removing the investigative bodies of the Republic of Armenia from the departmental authority in the light of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights.
В данной статье приводится краткий сравнительный анализ образования, становления и исторического развития органов предварительного следствия современного периода в Армении. Обосновано необходимость создания единого следственного органа в Армении как одной из основных гарантий независимости и самостоятельности следователей. Объясняется необходимость выведения следственных органов Республики Армения из-под ведомственной власти в свете решений Европейского суда по правам человека.
