В данной работе представлены тенденции развития политической культуры Азербайджанской Республики за последние три десятилетия, особое внимание уделено шагам, предпринятым для формирования образа врага в азербайджанском обществе. Политическая культура является неотъемлемой основой нормального функционирования каждого государства; Развивающаяся политическая культура в Азербайджане становится все более решающим фактором в формировании имиджа Азербайджана, влияя на функционирование политической системы этого государства и его основных институтов, процесс принятия политических решений, а также восприятие политических событий различными слоями населения. Предпринята попытка представить образ армянского врага, сформировавшегося в Азербайджане, а также аргументы в его пользу.
This paper presents the trends of development of the political culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan over the past three decades, mainly focusing on the steps taken to form the image of the enemy in Azerbaijani society. Political culture is an integral basis for the normal functioning of each state; The developing political culture in Azerbaijan is becoming an increasingly decisive factor in shaping the image of Azerbaijan, influencing the functioning of the political system of this state and its main institutions, the process of making political decisions, as well as the perception of political events by various segments of the population. An attempt has been made to present the image of the Armenian enemy that has formed in Azerbaijan, as well as arguments in favor of this.
