Abstract:

ԽՍՀՄ-ի փլուզման հետևանքով երկբևեռ աշխարհակարգի վերացումը մի շարք տարածաշրջաններում հանգեցրեց աշխարհաքաղաքական նոր իրողությունների` մրցակցային հնարավորություն ստեղծելով այն երկրների համար, որոնք նոր աշխարհակարգում ազդեցության և գերակայության հավակնություններ ունեն: Այդ երկրների շարքում առաջատարի անվիճարկելի դիրք ունեցող Չինաստանի համար հատկապես վերջին տասնամյակներում ռազմավարական կարևորություն են ստացել Մերձավոր Արեւելքի (ՄԱ) և Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայի (ՀԱ) երկրների հետ հարաբերությունները, որոնք հիմնված էին չմիջամտության քաղաքականության վրա: Հոդվածում դիտարկվում են «Արաբական գարնան» առաջ բերած մարտահրավերների ու հնարավորությունների ազդեցությունը տարածաշրջանում Չինաստանի վարած քաղաքականության վրա:
As a result of the collapse of the USSR, the termination of the bipolar world order led to new geopolitical realities in a number of regions, creating competitive possibilities for countries that have aspirations for influence and hegemony in the new world order. Especially during recent decades, the relations with Middle Eastern (ME) and North African (NA) countries, based on non-intervention, have gained strategic importance for China, the undisputed leader among those countries. The article views the influence of the challenges and possibilities – caused by Arab Spring – on China’s policy in the region.
